1. We ship to Canada only.

2. Minimum order amount is $50, plus shipping and taxes. 18$ fee will be added to all orders smaller than this amount.

3. We offer free shipping on any order with a net amount (before shipping and taxes) of more than $750, provided that bulky items do not represent more than 10% of the invoice total (bulky items are indicated as such in the catalog).

4. Return merchandise authorisations (RMAs) must be requested within 7 days of receiving of the merchandise. Products must be in their original packaging, and shipped pre-paid. the RMA number has to be stated clearly on the outside of the package.
